Galaxia is a network-state platform founded by Charles Mouton: over 60 apps on one wallet-based identity layer, with on-chain features live on Ethereum testnet. One spine connects identity (Galaxia ID), organizations (Civic), constitutional governance, entitlements and the Nexus control plane, reached through the Galaxia Portal and the Galaxia Wallet for Chrome. The apps are organized into nine live suites. Three run real transactions on Ethereum’s Sepolia testnet (Wallet, SIN and TIN), four add verified wallet sign-in (Portal, Galaxia ID, Civic and the DEX), and many others are previews whose blockchain features are simulated and labelled that way.
