Current work focuses on evaluation surfaces, buyer-owned integration, and clear separation between architecture/scaffolding and production operations.

Founder & Chief Architect
Charles “Charlo” Mouton is the founder and chief architect of Galaxia, a modular digital infrastructure platform focused on tokenization, digital identity, artificial intelligence, compliance, and enterprise transformation.. Drawing from experience in healthcare administration, compliance, public policy, digital assets, and emerging technologies, he has spent years developing the Galaxia vision and platform architecture. Charlo has studied digital assets and emerging technologies through the pioneering University of Nicosia digital currency program and has spent years researching blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, governance systems, and emerging technologies.
His work focuses on the intersection of blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, artificial intelligence, digital identity, and long-term technological advancement.
Galaxia was founded on the belief that emerging technologies can expand access to opportunity, accelerate innovation, and help build a more connected future.
